Network and IP addresses

IP ADRESSES

Every VPS comes with a single IPv4 address and a /64 IPv6 subnet. It is not possible to change or add IP addresses to a VPS. Each VPS automatically receives a unique IP address.

LOCATION

Each VPS is provisioned in its selected data center. The location of an ordered VPS cannot be changed or relocated.

NETWORK SPEED

Every VPS comes with 1 Gbit/s network bandwidth and it cannot be further increased.

REVERSE DNS

Every VPS owner can manually set rDNS record for their IPv4 and IPv6 addresses within the SolusVM Control Panel. Instructions on how to do it can be found here

NETWORK PORTS

All outbound ports are open by default, except for port 25.
